This past weekend was the first Start Conference with my friend Jon Acuff. It was a fantastic event with over 600 individuals ready to Start something that matters. Whether you are 15 or 89, if you are breathing, you are not too young or too old to start.
The attendees left inspired, informed, motivated, and filled with dreams.
But inspiration is not enough.
Information is not enough.
Motivation is not enough.
Ideas are not enough.
Action is what matters.
Intentional action is even better.
So where do you start?
Here are three fantastic ways to start right now:
1. Tammy Helfrich and I will be doing a webinar on Wednesday 9/25 at 8 EST/7 CST which focuses specifically on finding your dream and starting. We will discuss intentional action steps you can take (that worked for us) to turn ideas into results.
2. You can pick up the new ebook Beyond The To Do List: Goals. This book gives clear, impactful action steps to help you achieve your goals, even if you aren’t even sure about what your goals are at the time. The book takes you through a daily process that will encourage, guide, and inform you every step of the way.
3. Form or join a Start Group. Sound overwhelming? The only qualification for this is to want to start. You’re tired of average, and it’s time to be awesome. Groups work best when you meet in real life, but if that is not an option for you, you can even make it a virtual group with a Google hangout. If you want any tips or tricks on having a group, feel free to contact me email@example.com and I’ll be glad to help.
Any other ideas for how you can encourage others to start pursuing their dream?
