Hi, I’m Jim.

Glad you’re here. I’m an author, freelance writer, book marketer and writing coach.

For a long time, I ignored that I was creative. I didn’t realize that I was a writer or that I had a story to tell. I settled for the status quo, and it took a nervous breakdown for me to come to terms with the fact that I am a writer.

Now I am in love with writing and the power of stories. But early on in my writing career, I didn’t know how or what to do to be successful. I felt alone and overwhelmed. I needed someone to be my writing coach or writing mentor. This is where my website comes in.

Here are a few questions I seek to answer on this blog:

  • How do writers establish good writing habits?
  • What are some fresh ways write better stories?
  • How can writers find their voice and authentically build an audience?
  • What does it take to write a book? (Hint: this course will help!)
  • How can I improve my writing?

Everything I write has a practical, helpful tone so you can grow as a writer.

Thank you for coming alongside me in your writing journey.

I’d love to hear from you–drop me a line by clicking on the CONTACT ME menu up above or drop me an email here.
